It's a possibility, somewhat unlikely I'd imagine. I agree though, it would be the best possible outcome for NZ, and possibly World Rugby.

Argentina have beaten Australia in recent history and they are playing well

So are Australia :) It's been a long time since they have played this well, with this intent, I would love to see Argentina beat them, for multiple reasons first of which is, we don't have to, and secondly, because I think there needs to be an underdog in the final, to keep the fringe interested in Rugby.

Incidentally I believe our best bet to beat SA is to neutralize Pollard, Habana and Burger. I believe if we do this, and are strong in the forwards, we will win this coming match.

If we meet Australia in the final I think they will be a handful but we have to get past SA never an easy task, but recent history suggests we should win but it will be close.

I don't think on any performance I've seen from either team, they would beat us if we have a good game, if even a relatively good game, however sport is a strange thing as you have seen in 2007 and even today Sco v Aus.

Honestly speaking as I have said before, if we go home next week, I'll be disappointed, but ok. If we go home without the trophy, if we earn a grand final sport, then I am ok with that as well.

I do think SA will throw EVERYTHING they have at us. I hope it's a good game, but I would like to see us 8 points ahead at any one time.

I will be especially gutted if we lose to a penalty kick.

SA are the only team of the 4 who hasn't done anything interesting other than lose to Japan. So either they will lift big or lose big.

And from now the losers don't go home, they get to play the losers' cup.

Calling it now, NZ vs Argentina Grand Final.

NZ to beat SA by less than 10 points
AR to beat AU by less than 5 points

Apparently NMS and Crockett are injured, and may or may not recover. Oh my ... Naholo - 2nd match (2nd half of any match!) in 3 months ....

If NMS is injured, I'd prefer to see BS and JS on Wings and BB as Full Back, and Naholo on bench. Having said that, I think if they tell Naholo to step up, I think he will. I actually see SA as a better opponent for his type of skills.

World Rugby confirms Craig Jourbert made incorrect decision in awarding a penalty to Australia. Has probably cost him a refereeing decision in the finals.

NMS looks to be recovering and will likely be fit for NZ/SA game. Crockett somewhat unlikely.
