Interesting that it had already landed on flight radar while the "live" pictures were still showing it in the air.

It's already 4 years late, so the video link being delayed by a few seconds probably doesn't matter.

At least I got to see it live as it flew downwind over west Auckland on its way in. :-)

Ahh Too bad it didn't fly over south auckland... but I still got a great view on the livestream so I don't mind, Can't wait to see it take off on a commercial flight.

Saw it fly over  this afternoon  then watched the live feed via my Chromecast via my Nexus 4 .   Was very good fed.   Was going to go and watch it land but as it was coming in  the wrong way decided not to as you wouldn't see anything..

Air NZ B787-9 currently flying near Everett - presumably Air NZ's next one, on a proving flight.

Possibly.

It was rolled to 'the emc' whatever that is yesterday after the holes seen around the wing mounts were all covered up

Oblivian: This is rather impressive..

[snip] youtube embed

The same airframe turning into ZK-NZC during a flight test for the airshow. Its almost a STOL aircraft!

That Youtube link/embed doesn't appear to resolve.
