Looking at return to SG in Jan 2020, and want the non-stop flights - AKL to SG.  I see tickets are around 1350.  Is this reasonable?

That's not really a question that can be answered. Whether it's "reasonable" depends on a lot of things.

 

Fares do get a lot cheaper than this, however depending on exactly when in January you're flying you're potentially dealing with Xmas and school holiday high season traffic which forces prices up.

That is very reasonable, I'd call it cheap if you get a full serviced flight on a 787-9 with well timed flying schedule.

singapore airlines.  flight arrives 6.45 am in SG, and mostly an overnight flight, so in that regard, its a nice flight time to choose.

I won't fly with SQ if I can help it. THe Air NZ plane is much better. But I don't think they have an overnight flight to. only fro I thnk.
