Doesn't UV light help kill bugs and viruses? Perhaps that's his secret strategy.

Only if you inject it after gargling with bleach.

The Washington Post - Trump ramps up retaliatory purge with firing of State Department inspector general

today

President Trump accelerated his retaliatory purge of public servants by firing the State Department’s inspector general, who had played a minor role in the president’s impeachment proceedings and was said to have begun investigating alleged misconduct by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. ...

Inspectors general serve as internal government watchdogs conducting oversight of federal agencies - and although they technically are political appointees, their independence has long been protected.

Trump’s move - his fourth such firing during the coronavirus pandemic - drew swift condemnations from Democrats and at least one Republican on Capitol Hill. ...

The Washington Post - Trump’s slow-motion Friday night massacre of inspectors general

today

News broke late Friday night that Trump had removed the inspector general for the State Department, Steve Linick.

It’s the third time in six weeks that such a move has been announced on a Friday night, with each inspector general having done something to pretty obviously alienate Trump. ...

With all these "Oversight" & "Watchdog" mandarin's being fired can you imagine DJT running any country ending in 'stein', 'stan' or South American country. It would be the most corrupt country in the world, even worst than say some of those, past & present, African countries.

The Panama, Caymans or Switzerland would not have big enough banks vaults or enough golf course land. They might have enough room for all the statues though.

Anyone for the country of Trumpstein ? Of course when his youngest takes over Baron Barron Von Trump of Trumpstein anyone.

The difficult we can do immediately. The impossible takes a bit longer. But Miracles you will have to wait for.

The Washington Post - Eric Trump claims coronavirus is Democratic hoax, will ‘magically’ vanish after 2020 election

today

Eric Trump claimed Saturday that the coronavirus will “magically” vanish after the November election and allow the country to fully reopen - an assertion that has no basis in science and is contradicted by health experts worldwide.

In an interview with Fox News’s Jeanine Pirro, Trump suggested the president’s critics were using the pandemic to undermine his father’s rallies, calling it a “cognizant strategy” that would cease once it was no longer politically expedient. ...

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Monday that it's "not a good idea" for President Trump to be taking hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for coronavirus.

"I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group, morbidly obese, they say,"

A Closer Look, Late Night with Seth Meyers

Seth takes a closer look at the president trying to distract from his own poor job performance by calling for Barack Obama to be investigated for a made-up scandal he canโ€™t even define.
