Waiting for "convicted" and "felon" to be added.

Trump's 13 charges are exactly as listed in the document "accidentally" posted earlier today:

Reuters - Georgia court website briefly publishes, removes document about potential Trump charges

The huge downside to prosecuting 19 people, rather than just Trump, is complexity and delay - and delay is what Trump wants.

I will go out on a limb and make a prediction, based on nothing more than a hunch. I believe that there will be loud howls of protest, possible violence, in response to the indictments, but as the enormity of the charges sinks in, these will fade away and people will begin to take it all seriously. Trump will not evade accountability this time, nor his many enablers. The mood is shifting.

I was looking at photos from the January, 6th events (something I also saw live on the day)... Any other place would have this idiot in jail some time ago.

Many other countries may have even had him hung/shot for Treason by now (and I really mean that).

The US of A might be a little bit bent out shape right now, but Justice still works. Well done, Fani Willis and her team.

https://www.axios.com/2023/08/15/trump-indictment-georgia-election-probe-latest-news >> a good, short summary from Axios of the charges. Pleased to see that "lawyer" Eastman is in there too.

I was watching an old retired couple in Republican Iowa lamenting that maybe Trump would not be a good candidate because of "all his troubles."

While "Justice delayed is justice denied," staying constantly in the sun-light for a blood-sucker isn't good.

New York Times: Ex-President Has 10 Days to Surrender for Arraignment

Former President Donald J. Trump has 10 days to turn himself in to face accusations that he and 18 other people orchestrated a “criminal enterprise” to reverse the results of the 2020 election in Georgia and subvert the will of voters — sweeping charges by a local prosecutor that invoked a law associated with taking down mobsters.

The 41-count indictment also brings charges against some of Mr. Trump’s most prominent advisers, including Rudolph W. Giuliani, his former personal lawyer, and Mark Meadows, who served as White House chief of staff at the time of the election.
