Ah, yeah, I couldn't find a numeric designation, he was just "Prince George" in the scripts/quotes files.

The funny twist is this article is from Palm Beach Florida, where Mar-A-Largo exists.

You may have noticed when Trump is in Palm Beach, he very rarely leaves Mar-A-Largo.

Palm Beach is overwhelming and historically Republican, but many of Trump’s own Palm Beach neighbors voted against him in the 2020 election.

A letter published previously by the Palm Beach Post probably encapsulate local opinion "Donald Trump is making vermin look good by comparison"

Palm Beach Post: Trump's vitriolic 'Happy Easter' greeting follows Holy Week with Bible sales, biting posts

The greeting, one of more than 70 posts on the holiest day of the Christian calendar, followed a Holy Week of acrimony that squarely fixed Trump at the center of the faith's most important holiday.

Slate took a look at exactly this (third-party candidates) recently: https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2024/03/rfk-jr-third-party-cornel-west-jill-stein.html

Wonder how RFK's latest foreign policy stance affects his standing with "double-hater" voters...

"Create a society that values material things above all else. Strip it of industry. Raise taxes for the poor and reduce them for the rich and for corporations. Im starting to think he may just have to face one of the criminal cases.

His mouth is going to be what could see him behind bars, but its also culling his presidential chances. Hes just opening up obvious holes for Biden to play the swing states, especially given Nikki Haley wasnt that far off (and in a normal universe would make a far better bi partisan republican candidate).

I bet Trump is absolutely hating the fact that his own personal value has declined by so much - especially since he's branded himself as being "a billionaire" since about the dawn of time.

"he will not be able to pardon himself or his allies of any state law convictions, nor will he be able to order the state-level prosecutors to withdraw the charges."

This really is making a mockery of the leaders of democracy. I do hope they do not lose all Reagan republicans, replaced by maga's, because its a LOT of experience lost, hundreds of years combined experience perhaps.

and I would also not be surprised to see this single seat majority lose another and see Dem Jeffries as speaker and some real work get done.

Im not one way or the other, but it is incredible just how much Biden has delivered given maga speakers for very policy. Economically there is no doubt the US is better off under Biden/Harris. If it does flip, he can easily pass a border control bill, which was blocked by maga's, concentrate on women's rights to their own bodies, emulate Haley's policies which were very bi partisan, and let Trump keep on openings his mouth.

AlterNet -  Trump already owed the billionaire who just helped him post fraud case bond

02 April

One month after Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Donald Trump to pay $464 million at the conclusion of his New York civil fraud trial, a panel of New York Appellate Division judges last week granted the MAGA hopeful ten days to post a $175 million bond instead. ...

On Monday, the former president posted the $175 million, meaning he "has likely avoided a worst-case scenario of frozen bank accounts and asset seizure," Axios reports.

According to MSNBC legal correspondent Lisa Rubin, the former president already owed loans from two years ago back to the billionaire who helped him secure the $175 million. Rubin reports via X:

"NEW: The company that underwrote Trump's bond tonight in the NY Attorney General's civil fraud case, Knight Specialty Insurance Co., is owned by Don Hankey, the so-called 'king of subprime car loans.' But that's not all."

"Hankey, who is #128 on Forbes’s 2023 list and #317 on the 2023 Forbes billionaires list, made his money in auto services. But he is also believed to be the largest shareholder in Axos Bank. If Axos sounds familiar, it's because it's the financial institution that refinanced Trump’s loans on Trump Tower and Doral in 2022. Specifically, Axos has loaned Trump $100 million in his refinancing of Trump Tower and another $125 million for Doral."

I think that it's entirely appropriate for subprime Trump to be financed by the "king of subprime car loans."  ☺️

Raw Story -  Jokes fly after Trump declares: 'Illegal aliens invading your home? We will deport you!'

02 April 2024

Former President Donald Trump's anti-immigrant rhetoric turned against him Tuesday when he promised to deport anyone whose home had been invaded by an "illegal alien."

"If your constitutional rights have been violated we will defend you," Trump said. "If you have illegal aliens invading your home, we will deport you."

Looks like Truth Social lost between 20% to 27% of its value in one day.

It also looks like there's some serious financial shenanigans with its previous profit/loss statement.

It sounds like a great stock for short sellers, however know that "going long" is very risky. See Gamestop short squeeze

CBS News: Trump's social media company loses billions in value as stock price swings wildly

...Trump is unable to access the stock, at least for now. That's because Trump and other company executives are subject to a so-called "lock-up" provision that bars them from selling the stock for at least six months. Such provisions are common in IPOs as a way to keep insiders from dumping shares immediately after a company goes public.

"Trump cannot sell his stock in the company for six months, making it difficult to translate Truth Social's value into liquid cash that can be spent on the campaign," Europa Group analysts said in a report. "That outlook could change over the coming months, particularly if Trump obtains the waiver or can find a lender willing to accept shares in Trump Media as collateral."

Many of the investors in DJT appear to be small investors who want to show their support for the former president by buying shares in the company. On Truth Social, some of these shareholders posted rebuttals about the stock decline, blaming short sellers, or people who make bets that a stock will decline.
