I don't think many people expect this incoming President to be properly settled or productive - ever.

freitasm:

networkn: I thought the article today outlining the transition methods between new and old President at the white house was very interesting.

Meanwhile I read an article where White House people say they have not been contacted by their replacements - of which very few exist - and have not passed information on how to do their current work.

Wait for things to come to a halt.

He has super IQ so doesnt need to prepare....this allows him to have weekends off. He also has all the help he needs from the Kremlin.

“We have by far the highest I.Q. of any cabinet ever assembled,” Mr. Trump said

To make up for lack of experience, Trump as POTUS is going to be very reliant on the skills of his cabinet.

Hopefully it will stand for 'I Quit' in the not too distant future.

I hope so too.

I don't think Trump ever wanted to actually do the job of President, and I still to this day don't think he appreciates what being President actually means and what he will have to do every day.

He just wanted to "win". He'll be bored and tired very quickly.

That makes fairly somber reading.

I thought that too. Trump leading little Trumps, all with no clue or the wrong clue

Now, If I was to lead the US and I had no experience, I'd be surounding myself with top top people, as it is them who will suggest ideas, resolve viabilities, and implement.

But to pick who he has its like he wants to fail, which off couse he doesnt, but its political suicide. I never expected Trump to be effective or get much done, the GOP will work on what they want done, but to have a Govt that is all set for mismanagement and controversys, its all there.

He always wanted to be President...I remember him well om Letterman many times. Its all about his ego and leaving his name embedded in history. You are right though..he will get bored quick even with taking weekends off. He simply doesnt care about anyone other than himself and family, afterall he is the oldest incoming President ever I believe.

Add to the cabinet the many many positions that Trump will appoint outside cabinet.

Including Reed Cordish, married to Ivanka's best friend. Cordish owns a chain of clubs and has been credibly accused of various violent strategies to reduce the number of African American patrons:
