From the lovely people in the Trump Team ...

Yeah I have noticed over the years the Trump is full of altruism.

The hypocrisy of this sticker is mind-blowing - coming from a billionaire male white privileged one percenter.  undecided

I think its done. First women president

Trump is winning his partys primary votes. Despite himself. The nation is negative towards the Govt in general

Why she will win is that Democrats will vote hard to keep him out. Some Republicans will abstain as they dont like him. Thats a vote for Hillary Clinton. I can't see it any other way. His hate factor will take away Republican voters that he has alienated. I see a landslide for her, which is not to say she has has won the mandate, she got it by default via Trump's hate factor hurting his party followers

There was talk that he is there to get her in. That doesnt sound so stupid now, as he is knowingly trying to win the Republican nomination and trying to lose the election by getting the people against him. Its easy to imagine given the discontent over there, that his fame, fortune, forcefulness could have been used very positively to crush the Democrats in the election. It's like he has aimed not to to do that. Bizarre

Well the other way through is he massively damages Clinton to the extent some of her voters drop out. He shows every inclination to do that if he wins the nomination. Then there is all those different voter registration laws in each state all over USA they have only been tightening...

One thing is always true though, thanks to the way the US votes for their President, it's always who the majority wants to be their President, hence shall be a true reflection of the values of the majority.

Unfortunately I'm not sure a Clinton victory will be a dead certainty, even if Trump is nominated. There are too many voters who won't vote for her on principle either for it to be a sure thing, such as those who believe a woman should live in the kitchen and keep her mouth shut. I'd love to believe there aren't enough of that kind of idiot to swing it, but if you think about it, not only would that kind of person not vote for Clinton, they would vote for Trump.

Yes and no. Even the presidential election is not direct. Party like it's 1769 better to rely on people than paper on the pony express. Each state elects delegates who then elect the president. There are circumstances in which these delegates are allowed to vote for someone different so there is potential for all kinds of hijinks in marginal situations:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election

Imagine if you will that a candidate is impeached or some information released or whatever prior to the final meeting of the Electoral College. The other scenario is three or more candidates and no majority then the house of reps decides. I'm sure there are other disruptive scenarios also.

There you go again, the presidency of Clinton the 1st was a golden age compared to those of Reagan and the Bushes.

One could argue that it rates the best over the last fifty years, No Cold War, no Great Recession, no Global War on Terror, no Vietnam War, no Iraq War, .....

Then there was the time Bush vs Gore for Florida. It came out pretty close there were recounts and it was decided for Bush by a Republican judge in a Florida court. Gore chose not to take this further to the Supreme Court.

Now what would Clinton do in this situation? The Clinton camp have deep connections so probably go to the Supreme Court.

Trump in this situation? Deep pockets and an aggressive style he would wind it up as much as humanly possible right to the bitter end.

Either scenario would be disruptive but I'm guessing Clinton would have enough political experience to keep things running smoothly during the process.

Agreed, Bill Clinton's approval rating were considerably higher in his second term compared to his first. Had he been allowed to run for a third term he would have won again.

I can't say I think Hilary is a good choice, but certainly better than the Donald.

I say bring back Bill!

Bring back Hillary and you bring back Bill. Unofficial advisor. I'm not au fait with her failings, but she is an experiebced poltician, been Secrertary of State, and from what I gather, all the others are idiots, according to some Americans I know from a forum

You think Bill would be the power behind the Hillary throne? I've always thought it would have been the other way around.

One year older than Hillary. Cmon dude I think it's time you started fact checking once or twice.

Also the Clintons are masters at presentation. Now showing on a TV near you: Old, Silent, Faithful, Bill : )
