Trump is a monster.

Regrettably, that is the most accurate assessment I have seen.

Put in power by Putin:

  • A person who worked for the Russian "troll farm," Internet Research Agency (IRA), revealed in an interview with independent Russian news outlet, Dozhd, what it was like at the organization.
  • The secretive factory had several components, including a "Russian desk," a "foreign desk," a "Facebook desk," and a "Department of Provocations," according to the former troll, who went by the name, "Maxim."
  • The Russian desk operated bots and trolls that used fake social-media accounts to flood the internet with pro-Trump messages and made-up news.
  • The foreign desk was more sophisticated, where trolls were required to learn the nuances of American politics in order to "rock the boat" on divisive issues.
  • "Our task was to set Americans against their own government," Maxim said, "to provoke unrest and discontent."

Not sure where you're coming from, Freitasm.

Cortana?

As an authoritative source of information?

You might as well use your local astrologer.

And he called the widow of one of the four soldiers killed in an ambush and said "He knew what he signed up for". This is after not placing the call even after two weeks have passed. Also when the bodies landed in the USA he wasn't there. He was playing golf.

Isn't that normal for people who are biologically related?

I suspect that you are attempting to be condescending. No need for a comment such as yours.

From a great website called "Snopes"

https://www.snopes.com/2017/10/19/mike-pence-hang-gay-people/

"Did Mike Pence Say He Wants to ‘Hang’ Gay People?

President Trump reportedly joked that Vice President Pence, whose views are notably anti-LGBTQ, wants to 'hang' gay people.

On 16 October 2017, the New Yorker ran a feature (“The Danger of President Pence”) that described what a potential Mike Pence administration would be like should President Trump leave office before his term is up. As an illustration of differences in their views on social issues, the piece recounted a meeting between Trump, Pence, and a legal scholar in which Trump allegedly “joked” that Pence wants to “hang” homosexuals:

Two sources also recalled Trump needling Pence about his views on abortion and homosexuality. During a meeting with a legal scholar, Trump belittled Pence’s determination to overturn Roe v. Wade … When the conversation turned to gay rights, Trump motioned toward Pence and joked, “Don’t ask that guy — he wants to hang them all!”

Obama and G W Bush should concentrate on writing books and tending rose gardens at their presidential libraries rather than having a go at Trump for dividing America.   Bush has probably forgotten that he took the USA into two disastrous wars.    Obama has probably justified in his own mind the bombing and killing of innocent Pakistani villagers.    Two of the worst presidents in modern history.

I'd actually give Trump a pass on that as a good joke. Mocking religiosity can be good sport - Jesus would approve.

The failure is that Trump has him as VP, as jokes aside, Pence is an evil bastard - and Trump clearly knows this.  Pence is an extremist - with appeal to reign in support from evangelists who'd be most at home if The Handmaid's Tale was fact not fiction.

In case the way you've quoted the Snopes article above suggests to anybody that The New Yorker has posted "fake news" - here's a link to the article.

As far as Snopes article goes, the concluding comment almost needs an /s tag.

"However, as far as we know, no one (apart from possibly Trump) has ever alleged that Vice President Pence is actually in favor of hanging gay people."
