I can never bring myself to look at at Breitbart because I am sure it would leave me spitting blood, but I did follow Bipartisan Report for several months after Trump was elected.

http://bipartisanreport.com/

There is also an app, but it is very basic.  You can't click through to the main story, and you can't leave comments, but you will get an idea of whether it is worth visiting the main site.

It is ridiculously OTT left wing, but I once read that the one time they were accused of putting out a story in error, they apologized and retracted it.  It has some real laugh out loud quotes and Trump Euphemisms, but the banner headlines are repeated over and over, and it wears you down.  Oft used headlines are '...like a boss', '...and it's a doozy',   'Twitter is about to explode', '...and it backfires instantly'...  You get the picture. By the time you've read those headlines for the hundredth time, you've had enough.

Do you all know the trick with the subscription newspapers like The Washington Post?  They give something like a dozen free story click throughs a month, before locking you out with a 'you need to subscribe' pop up.  So just open it in a Private Browser window, and keep on reading.  You'll still get the occasional lockout, but closing and reopening a private window gets you up and going again.  It does not work on all news sites IIRC.  I think it is either the LA Times, or New York Times, that still manages to count your unsubscribed reading.

I pay the Washington Post subscription and I pay The Guardian as well.

You want quality, you pay for quality.

Trump says a) everything in the Wolff book is lies or thereabouts b) starts legal action on Bannon in relation to Bannon as quoted in the book. It does not add up. As usual that will not matter to Trump.

geekIT: Right now the world needs to rid itself of Trump and his goons as quickly as possible, and if that means using his own apparatus and methods against him, so be it.

That simply would not work for a sitting president.

I'm guessing the Geekzone Amazon Associate code, AAF, means Geekzone gets the standard 4% of the purchase price.

Which I was happy to do in support.

CNN Trump's 'very stable genius' tweet shows he isn't

A debate over his mental competence is not one that Trump should want. ...

Debating whether he is a) smart b) mentally competent or c) in a state of mental deterioration is a stone-cold loser for him. Strategic politicians fight only on ground that is favorable for them. Or they steer conversations or debate to ground that is favorable to them. They don't engage in fights they can't win. And the "I am really a very smart genius" fight is not one that has a "win" for Trump.

Why fight it then? Because Trump's secret strategy is that there is no strategy. He thinks something and then does something. He acts and then reacts. He is a political creature of almost entirely id.

The lunatic is running the asylum.  undecided

Seems he is well supported by many other lunatics.
