Well now you know how socialists feel when you vote in a money trader who can't have a conversation without being condescending

I am in no way religious but in this instance I would say "God help us all" if he ever became president.

Narcissistic personality disorder

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for admiration and a lack of empathy for others.

DSM-5 criteria for narcissistic personality disorder include these features:

Having an exaggerated sense of self-importance
Expecting to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
    Exaggerating your achievements and talents
Being preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
Believing that you are superior and can only be understood by or associate with equally special people
    Requiring constant admiration
    Having a sense of entitlement
Expecting special favors and unquestioning compliance with your expectations
Taking advantage of others to get what you want
Having an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others
Being envious of others and believing others envy you
Behaving in an arrogant or haughty manner

Trump ticks all the boxes.

Just saw on the news that Trump would bring back torture, such as waterboarding because "Trust me, torture works."

During a question and answer session this Wednesday in Sun City, S.C. - Here is a partial transcript:

"Torture works. OK, folks? You know, I have these guys - "Torture doesn't work!" - believe me, it works. And waterboarding is your minor form. Some people say it's not actually torture. Let's assume it is. But they asked me the question, What do you think of waterboarding? Absolutely fine. But we should go much stronger than waterboarding. That's the way I feel. They're chopping off heads. Believe me, we should go much stronger, because our country's in trouble. We're in danger. We have people that want to do really bad things! Remember the power of weaponry. This isn't 100 years ago where we fight hand to hand combat. This is weapons that are so destructive - so destructive - that the world could end. We have to be very strong, we have to be very vigilant, we have to be very tough. Waterboarding is fine, but it's not nearly tough enough, OK?

Unfortunately to get a diagnosis of a PD you need to have some prequals, which is biased against low socioeconomic status.

First a psychiatrist needs to do a long interview. But before that one needs to be really disruptive to others, unable to interact appropriately within their cultural group (eg a Chinese cannot be diagnosed with PD if you stick him with a gang of Hungarians and he fails to fit in), and be a real nuisance to society, and must have been like that since adolescence.

You could say he has the traits however.

At least he acknowledges that it is torture.

Most of the other Republican candidates still seem to support waterboarding. But, they weasel out of calling it torture, by using the 'enhanced interrogation' line.

It used to called be torture in World War II. I believe they executed Japanese soldiers on war crimes charges for using waterboarding.

I am pretty sure almost everyone else in the World thinks it is torture.

As far as effectiveness of torture, how would Trump know?

The official report on GW Bush's torture policy was that it wasn't effective.

If America does officially return to torture, how will the (civilized part of the) World react?

How will New Zealand react?

President Trump will create his own rules by blackmail, harassment and intimidation of the rest of the world. If he becomes a politician, then what he says now isn't necessarily what he's going to do. He's going to do what will keep him in power first and foremost. Principles second.

Air fares to the US will be cheaper. I'd look to live in a small country, remote, that no one knows about, sorted!
