Rikkitic:

If Trump keeps attacking his own people, he may be the first turkey to vote for Christmas.

Regarding Senator Ron Johnson (Republican-Wisconsin) saying the whistle blower “exposed things that didn’t need to be exposed,” I'd suggest Trump playing tennis with tight shorts should also be included.

Joseph Goebbels and 21st Century lookalike.

Hey that's mine!

So when is the prohibition due to Godwin’s Law applied? Not in all circumstances apparently.

That particular post of mine wouldn't have been Godwins if Stephen Miller was in charge of propaganda from the WH.  He's actually a policy adviser to the WH, responsible for promoting and implementing the policy of separating immigrant children from their parents, has been outed for promoting white supremacism - and nazi ideology (despite having Jewish parents).

It's probably no coincidence that since Trump's rise, Mike Godwin has made several comments relevant to how Godwin's law could be interpreted:

"If you're thoughtful about it and show some real awareness of history, go ahead and refer to Hitler when you talk about Trump, or any other politician."

With reference to the "alt-right" activists in America:

"By all means, compare these sh!theads to the Nazis. Again and again. I'm with you."

On Bolsonaro:

And now to Stephen Miller and his policies of separating immigrant children from their families:

I have no hesitation calling Stephen Miller a Nazi, and I'm confident Mike Godwin would have my back.

Godwin's law came to prominence in a time when we thought we'd learned lessons from history, but that's changed.

The Washington Post - Trump says he will ‘strongly consider’ providing written testimony

The key word here is "written".   😐

The New York Times - Impeachment Investigators Exploring Whether Trump Lied to Mueller

Nov. 18, 2019

WASHINGTON — House Democrats are exploring whether President Trump lied in his written answers to Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation, a lawyer for the House told a federal appeals court on Monday, raising the prospect of an additional basis for an article of impeachment.

The acknowledgment refocused attention on a quiet debate among Democrats about whether any impeachment of Mr. Trump should go beyond the Ukraine affair and also accuse him of obstructing the Russia investigation.

Additional evidence, hidden in grand jury files, that Mr. Trump may have lied under oath to Mr. Mueller could bolster the case for an additional article of impeachment.

The House lawyer’s statement was also striking because it came shortly after Mr. Trump said he may also be willing to provide written answers about the Ukraine matter to impeachment investigators.

Even though I did nothing wrong, and don’t like giving credibility to this No Due Process Hoax, I like the idea & will, in order to get Congress focused again, strongly consider it!” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter. ...

Trump's Secretive Hospital Trip Fuels Speculation About His Health

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

The furtive nature of the President's weekend trip to the hospital prompted a lot of speculation, but he wouldn't be the first president to hide health issues from the public.

Don’t Cry For Me Mar-a-Lago

It won't be easy, you'll think it strange
When I try to explain how I feel
That I still need your cheers after all that I've done
You won't believe me, all you will see is a prezz you once knew
Although he's dressed up like a king
Still confused through and through
I had to let it happen, it wasn’t me
Just a small-time bully on TV
Looking out of the window, waiting for the police
So I chose politics, running even though I couldn’t get in
I didn’t impress them at all
I never expected to win

Don't cry for me, Mar-a-Lago
The truth is, I never left you
All through my wild days, my crazy tweeting
I paid no taxes. I kept on cheating
And as for fortune, and as for fame
I never could get quite enough
Of all things in the world they were all I desired
They keep me going, though I can’t help knowing my claims are untrue
The answer was here all the time:
You love me and I love me too
Don't cry for me, Mar-a-Lago...

Don't cry for me, Mar-a-Lago
The truth is, I never left you
All through my wild days, my crazy tweeting
I paid no taxes. I kept on cheating
Have I said too much?
There’s nothing more I have to say beyond my sighs
But all you have to do is look at me to know
That all of it is lies

BBC News - Impeachment inquiry: White House attacks witness who heard 'improper' call

today

The White House attacked its own top Ukraine official as he testified to an impeachment hearing that a phone call made by the president was "improper".

Lt Col Alexander Vindman told Congress that President Donald Trump made "inappropriate" political demands of the Ukrainian president. ...

The official Twitter account of the White House was used throughout the hearing to attack Lt Col Vindman and the inquiry in real time, retweeting hashtags including #ShamImpeachment and #ParodyImpeachment.
