July? As everyone knows he announced 12 Oct after the results came in.

That's what I thought.

But it turns out https://www.newsroom.co.nz/2017/07/24/39728/winston-reveals-d-day-for-coalition-announcement

By the way, I have no idea why reading him as siding Labour is a conspiracy. I think you need to look at the definition of a conspiracy.

Siding with Labour and special votes isn't real. While it might change his desire if they are better off than 1 seat ahead, it isn't siding with them. It doenst make any difference. Conspiracy? Well everyone has one of those to point the finger which was Peters will go, its all fake.

Does this thread show up on other people's "Discussions" feed? It is not showing on mine, like it's been blacklisted or something.

"We don't know yet what the exact, precise voice of the New Zealand people is...that will change things in my view." In other words, it depends on the final outcome. That seems clear enough to me!

Rikkitic? Maybe just another casualty of an NZ election perhaps? One would hope that he/she did not spit the dummy. With so many posts, I am sure they will be back, either lurking or getting ready to post again.

If he chose National, there's no need to wait.

The irony... Winston makes Joyce wait while he takes his time...

My business partner was on that flight, it was not like that at all. Fake News sorry!

Winston blasted news media today and even was throwing around a Dom Post in disgust at his conference.

DomPost definitely has its own agenda.

It's always about Winston Peters. Even though he has nothing from the election, it's still all about him. What's his agenda again? I need to read his policies because whoever he chooses would likely sell him their souls

I've just been to their website and there isn't a single policy that I disagree with. In fact I am very happy with every policy.

But I don't trust that fella!

and the only comment thats published under that article

Regardless of who Peters decides to put into government, I'm still pretty angry that this MMP system allows a loser to decide who governs our country. This isn't democracy.
which I heartily agree with!

You answered your question. He's not an idiot.

The media are screaming for him. Despite the fact that he has made it extremely clear there will be no decision before 7 Oct. So this is a media circus not a Peters circus. Its all normal and expected. But every day, check the news, there will be Winston stories, all media not fact based. Filling up news columns, thats about it.
