Oh yay.

I vaguely remember some occupation about something at Motua (sp?) Gardens in the 1990s that seemed to go on forever, is this destined to be the same thing?

I hope not - a protestor's child drowned in the garden's fountain at that one.

It's forecast to be a wet end to the week and wet weekend so let's see how determined they are.

Wonder how they all managed to get indefinite annual leave from their paid employment too.

If they occupy long enough, perhaps they are hoping the Government will just give them the land.

At least both the National and Labour leaders have said they won't engage with the morons, so it's good they agree on something.

I suspect the Conservatives may though - I know Winston has tweeted his support (for some reason) already.

So 31K people got vaccinated by 1 pm today apparently.

Meanwhile in the metaverse a far smaller number of protesters stage a car-in.
Mass spreading event with shoutyness , no distancing and little masking.

Maybe pay an extra bounty to towies.

Appears to be lots of patron money to support this from Metaverse.

Though if there are not people living in the area like Canada there is less effect on general public.
They can wait them out until they start comming down in mass with omicron ?

Positivity is running at 1.25 , far higher than any time in last 6 months, So there is more out there.

Must admit taking a Bus from the CBD to Newlands wasn't too bad after work (5pm)... Only a 20 minutes later arrival to Newlands then normal...

But then I suppose I have the bus driver to thank who either got told (or made his mind up) to avoid going to the Bus Interchange/Station and just go straight on the Hut Rd. Otherwise we would be waiting another half hour like the other poor busses infront of us stuck on Lambton Quay

And to think I thought all the trouble would be getting into work this morning lol, will be interesting to see how the next few days go such they plan to stay around

Ugh... you know you're desperate for relevance when you're forced to tweet support for a crowd which includes MAGA hats.
