I had issues connecting to my friends Netgear wifi AP this weekend. It worked fine last time, but since then I've debranded my N95 to Euro, and did the version 2 firmware upgrade. I have since changed my product code to New Zealand (non-branded), and re-applied the firmware.

It now works!

I suspect an other issue with wifi connections is regional settings. As the band of wifi channels can vary a bit around the world, I suspect my N95 Euro setting may not have been completely compatible with the Netgear AU/NZ setting.

Or maybe it was just some corruption, but if not, then this may help others too.
