I've been looking around for a while now for an NTP server for my Nokia 6680, but haven't found anything. The phone's time seems very unreliable and I would like an app. that can run in background and connect automatically to an NTP server say once a day and adjust the phone's time.

I use Oxygen Phone Manager and they kindly put an option in their latest release to sync. the time but I would still like to be able to have an app. in the phone especially if I don't use OPM II for a while.

Anyone got an app. to suit or knows how to write one?

What about Internet Time for Symbian S60? It promises to synchronise to a NTP server:

"Different predefined Time Servers.
Automatical time synchronization: daily, every 3 days, every 5 days, weekly and monthly.
Ability to setup exact time for schedule synchronization.
Support for international regions, multiple time-zones and daylight-saving anywhere in the world.
Automatical time synchronize on device startup."

Exactly what I was after, I musn't have been using the right keywords as I had scoured Handango more than once.
