Hi all i'm a new to this site and finally found a forum on Blackberrys. I have a 7100 and when purchased with company, Vodafone sent a agent to help set it up which was fine ( 6 months ago ) which was working fine then our admin updated the system which deleted the forwarded rule so now i cannot receive any mail to my blackberry from work. I have a work laptop that remote controls to a server which i access my email, so when we setup the forward mail rule it was a box checked on the server and i cannot remember where the settings are,  have tried my work email rule remoted to the server but no go, so my question is where do i go in the server to forward mail or create another email address and how can it be done.

Welcome to Geekzone... Vodafone probably offer a special business support for BlackBerry users - you should try them.

The configuration will depend on what kind of service you are using... If you are using the Internet service then you have to log into the Vodafone BlackBerry site. If you are using their Enterprise service then your IT admin should be able to configure everything for you.
