Hi There!

I have just been activating a couple of BB's for a client who has got thier new BES Express Server.

The brand new one worked fine, activated and then synced via cable and then from then onward synced via 3G.

The second was an existing BB which I believe I added the exact same way, connected it via the web desktop agent same as the other, it populated the pin but then DIDN'T do a sync, and hasn't sync'd since. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any ideas?


Both are VF 8520's.

I did set an activation password but it didn't ask me for it at any point.

Is there a service book already on the Blackberry that will not activate?

I know what you mean by service books, which one is likely causing the issue? Is there a way to tell?
