Thanks for that. Does it matter though that currently I am using the DVB-S channels for viewing. I am getting DVB-T but my signal quality is a bit low and getting lots of pixellation. Hopefully will get a new aerial to fix this.

In that case collect satellite.

In your case I wouldn't use the auto map feauture in case you later change to terrestrial collections. Mapping the channels in WMC is no big deal as there aren't that many.

Thanks for your help. I have got another aerial on its way, but until then will just proceed with the satellite feed. Might have more questions if the new aerial works though. Smile

Well, have got the terrestrial working now. There are a lot of options on the output tab. what is the best configuration to run?

If you map the channels manually as I suggested about the only one I would set is 'Check for programme repeats'.

You should consider the Lookups tab as well. It adds some useful data to the stuff that's broadcast. Read the ReadMe about it first though.

Thanks, i was looking through the readme and all the options and figured i could get stuck somewhere along the way. always keen to start simple and learn from there.
