If you're after a pair of portables the HP50 comes heartily recommended. Might also want to check out the KEF M500, currently sold on Trademe for half price.

HAHA every time you post, my dreams of a property portfolio get further and further away :)

So true!! I was about to drive out to paul money today and purchase the hp50, now decision on the KEF M500.. nice pricing! wonder if they have a store today to purchase and compare

What's the "right" price? Is it the first or second edition?

Not sure how much computer lounge sells them but I'm asking $1200 shipped with extra ear pads and extra audeze balanced cable. Bamboo and leather.

If doesn't sell then I'll keep my weekly nirvana ... kept in a dust free moisture free shrine :)

Out of range for me, but then I have the T1's and these I think are my end game unless something significantly better was accessible at some stage.

$250 for the M500 is an absolute steal. I paid $400 for mine last year, and I thought that was pretty good value.

$1400 with no discount from CL, I'd imagine given the usual levels, you might get those for $1300.

Can anybody point me in the direction of a pair of cheap Bluetooth headphones? I hate spending money, so hopefully not to expensive. I would say the most I would like to pay would be $100, but even then I was hoping for around $50. Just having a quick look around now at the usual places (NL, HN, JB etc) and it seems like $150-$200 is the cheapest. I don't mind buying off Amazon/Ebay.

Thanks!

Do you have any requirements other than budget? I'd say at that budget you aren't going to be that happy with what you get, but I guess it would depend on your requirements.

Not really. I don't really know much about headphones/audio technology. Just something that works and has Bluetooth would be fine. I should of got the Logitech UE 9000 from JB a couple of weeks ago, they were $250 or something? Now I look at it, that was a bargain.

Edit: Oh, over the ear headphones are also a requirement. Don't really want earbuds.

$250 from $50-100 is a reasonable jump in budget backward.

Just checking you want over head over ear headphones, rather than in ear ?

Well rated.

Cheers mate. Was about to purchase those then I saw these in "Cutomers also looked at"

http://www.amazon.com/Photive-Bluetooth-Headphones-Battery-Includes/dp/B00HTPHK5W

Seems like a good pair, good discount, good price and looks good.

Will get it shipped to Youshop.

Thank you for the help :)

A couple of weeks ago Noel Leeming had 50% off Sony headphones. I picked up the MDR-10RBT bluetooth headphones for $150. Apt-X support and also able to plug in a lead if you want to use them wired. Brilliant for the price.

Not sure what you'd get for $50-$100 here though.
