Hi,

I will post my full discussion with roku support soon as well.
They have told me to do those 3 steps listed on an earlier post. Believe it or not but all network interfaces do not work: Ethernet AND Wifi.

Really is upsetting.

O well..

Hi,

After trying everything twice with their support staff.
They concluded it was faulty and have sent a new one..

Cheers

**UPDATE**

The rep from Roku had to take his words back. He said that they require the old ROKU back before they send the new one. I need to pay for postage both ways and they only ship to the US for free.
So i didnt get a new Roku. BUT! the latest firmware build fixed my issues?
