It just seems to good to be true really.

I however, have no knowledge on this and would appreciate some help.  DoA Beach Volleyball isn't getting justice on my LED.

Is there "any" way I can get a clear image quality?  Or should I start hunting a big CRT down? :(

CRT is the best way to game on these older consoles :)

While CRT will probably look best, are you at least giving your LED-LCD a chance by feeding it a component signal?

If you're only using composite you'll only be getting around 240 lines of resolution. PS2 component cable will give you 576 lines and the Xbox component cable will give you 480 lines. And if your Xbox is modded you can switch to 720p for some titles.

I run both my PS2 and original Xbox via component into my 55" VT60 and while I wouldn't call the picture great, it is at least passable for the occasional use it gets!
