Hi,

I have a Harmony Ultimate that is having intermittent WiFi problems, but I want to make absolutely sure I've done everything possible from my end to resolve the problem before trying to insist on a replacement. It has worked fine for almost 2 years up until now. I have recently replaced my router, but it is still using the same wireless AP.

- It will happily connect to WiFi and stay connected for up to several hours if it has been powered off for a while.

- Once it is "warmed up" the AP reports that it is still connected, but it doesn't respond to pings (or responds intermittently).

- When it is unresponsive to pings it will not perform a sync; it does get detected by the iPhone app, but you cannot connect to it.

- I have done a factory reset and restore of the hub, and the problem has continued.

I have another Harmony Ultimate that is not having any issues.

I am currently testing it on a different WiFi router on another network, and it hasn't fallen over yet (but has only been less than an hour so far) - however a sync is taking far longer than it should.

Assuming that it starts failing on this new network, are there any other steps I can perform to try to resolve this issue?

Thanks

It fell over once on the different network, so I did another factory reset and restore of moth the remote and the hub and it hasn't fallen over again yet, and is now syncing at an appropriate speed.

I'll give it a couple of days and then try moving it back to the old network.
