My Harmony remote, after many years of service, battery replacements and repairs has finally died, and being an incredibly lazy person, it would be ideal to transfer my existing programming to another device. Does anyone know if the 950 is compatible with the programming of the 785?

I just remembered, I bought a Harmony Ultimate One and when I open the desktop software it appears I must have transferred the 875 programming to that. I hated that device (touch screen0 and sold it almost immediately after buying it, I wonder if the desktop software would transfer that programming to a 950?

Does your existing remote use the myharmony or harmony remote software? Pretty sure the 785 uses the old software and the 950 the new.  As far as I know they arent compatible with each other so you will have to set it up again from scratch. Its pretty quick in the new software though compared to the old.

Sadly it took about 40 hours to program my set-up (primarily due to "tricking" the software into switching the HDMI outputs by treating them as inputs).
