I'm surely missing something simple, hoping someone can spot my mistake.

 

 

 

I can't get my new NUC to work with Panasonic TV. I set it all up remotely using Teamviewer, once it was all ready:

 

1. I swapped it with the old one.
2. Replaced an HDMI cable - old NUC uses a smaller connector.

 

Previously I would swap to HDMI2 on the TV and it'd receive the signal. I just used the NUC as a computer with a giant screen essentially.

 

With new NUC I swap to HDMI2 and it pauses for a moment then immediately swaps to HDMI 1/EC

 

I can't get it to stay on HDMI2 or display anything.

 

 

 

Any tips, chaps?

Does the NUC have CEC? Try plugging it into HDMI 1 to confirm if simply an issue of the TV switch the import.

I have a little further information. I typed my message in haste this morning.

 

The new NUC (BOXNUC6CAYH) plugs into a Pioneer HTP072, which in turn feeds into the TV.

 

When I remove the HTP072 out of the loop, the new NUC succeeds in displaying on the TV.

 

That setup is not overly helpful to me however, so I am hoping to get the setup to work. I mean, it worked with the old NUC (NUC5i5RYK), not sure why it would not for the new one.

When attempting to use HDMI 1 it reports "No Signal"

Someone else here at work mentioned flakiness in BIOS with CEC and related things. When I get home I will check that out. Likely you solved it. Thanks.
