Hi all

I'm looking for a small TV for the bedroom and I'm interested in the 32 inch TCL model 32S6000. I was wondering if anyone had experiences with it.

1. Is it speedy to load apps? I am generally unimpressed with Smart TVs speed at loading things up.
2. Useability - does it remember the last app when turning on? Reason I'm asking is that we will just be using it for streaming TV and won't have it hooked up to the antenna.
3. I know it has Netflix and Freeview on demand. Can it run lightbox?
4. One Australian forum post said that the "On" light was bright and distracting in a small room, is this true?

Any other experiences would be welcome, thanks!

I don't think any Freeview approved device will allow you to use on demand without having an antenna (terrestrial or satellite) connected. It's a basic geo restriction thing.

You'll probably get a better experience with a basic TV and an external device like an Apple TV that you can stick whatever apps on you want.
