I miss being able to set the skip ahead time as you could in XPMCE/VMC, tho. I had it set for 2mins 50secs and it was perfect for the adbreaks in primetime TV, and about 10secs too far on late night.

Agreed the reg key should still work.

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Settings\VideoSettings

SkipAheadInterval
InstantReplayInterval

(in milliseconds. i.e. 1000=1sec)

So you can - altho it's not milliseconds now - 30000 equates to 3mins 12secs, so go figure.

I believe you're entering the numbers in hex 0x30000=196608 -> 196.6 secs -> 3 mins 16.6 secs
