So I bought a Logitech Harmony remote, and the PS3 adapter and happy with both BUT have only been able to upload the settings successfully to the server once (initially) and now need to update the remote for new functions I have added.  Basically when updating the remote, progress indicator gets stuck on 9% and times out.

I have the latest software, my Norton Internet Security is configured so as to allow access (and indeed I have tried it while Norton IS was disabled)...  Have removed and reinstalled software as well.  Occasionally when I retry updating (after 1 or more failures), the program then promptly crashes and I get a strange screen that looks like an email header saying Transfer-Encoding: chunked (amongst other things).  Sorry can't seem to get screenshot of it.

Even when starting the program it sometimes cannot connect with the Logitech servers...  Anyway, has anyone had the same problem and if so, how did you resolve it?  This is driving me nuts...

As an alternative, a text based web page can do the same thing:

http://members.harmonyremote.com

Does still need to talk to the remote though, so might fail at the same stage.

I had similar problems and using the link that Jaxson provided above solved it for me.
