Hi there
I need some help, I working with a small video clip recorded by a video camera which is an 720X576 Interlaced video. I am trying to capture each frame of the video into an image so I can work on it and enhance it. The biggest problem is the interlaced video is blury because of the high speed action in the video. What I am trying to do is de interlace the video using discarding method to create the sharpest image then I want to capture the frames. Does anyone know of any software which can help me with this?
Thanks
Luke
