Hi Inphinity.
1) Yes some graphics are lame, we don't really get cool banners so I am stuck getting them somehow done. Time < Work
2) Categories missing, they will come over time, we are still in the phase of adding all products. We will not offer PC Games at this point. Steam, origin, uplay and all the other nightmares take away most business.
4) Misleading text, well, yes and no. In the range of 'cute usb' they are the fastest we have seen.
6) yes it is a script. It will change after 4pm and on sat/sun.
7) sigh, yes, maybe I get one. then you can talk to a crazy german .. yells, smashes keyboard and stuff, great customer care person
8) you don't need an account. click the paypal link then there is a No Paypal Account button. No need to enter anything, except your card of course.
9) Working on it right now, should be there any sec.

As you are an NZ based importer of items for resale, I assume you are able to provide the relevant SDOC on the chargers as required?

Get a better name and domain(ie buy gadgets.co.nz from the owner or something if you can come to a arrangement), gadget kiwi does not really stick in the mind for me and does not sound that professional if I came across it via PriceSpy or Google.

Selling replica headphones sounds like a really, really bad idea to me. Just asking for trouble

Oh, I didnt spot those when I had a quick look thru. In that case my response would violate the FUG's in many ways.

Personally, I thought the website name was good.

The website seems reasonably responsive. The incremental search seemed pretty fast.

I think you need to be more upfront about shipping costs etc.. Also, what payment methods you accept e.g. credit cards etc. I see you have a Bitcoin logo on your homepage. But, if you mouse over, there is no information. Not everyone knows about Bitcoin.

It is very annoying for a customer to checkout and then find they can't complete the transaction.

Also, I saw a previous poster said you are using Paypal.

Twice in last week I have attempted to use my credit card with a Paypal validated site. Each time rejected. I have checked with my credit card company and there was no issue. They had no record of any transaction attempt.

I don't have any faith in Paypal as a credit card checker and I don't want to have to join Paypal just to buy an item.

Yes richms, I can provide SDOC required as per NZ law.
Might be loceff13, yet they were crystal clear marked as such and follow NZ law.
Removed the products anyway, not worth the stress.

JWR you are totally right, bitcoin deserves a link. Created an image map.
There is also a FAQ now.
Changed couple of things. Wrote down all your notes and will work my way through them.

Thanks heaps for all the feedback! Highly appreciated. The good and the bad.
Use this coupon code for 5% off (should work for 10 users). Does not apply to consoles. I will cancel those orders.
