My name is Byron, I live in the cold and wet city of Dunedin. Im studying towards a BCom and BA in Marketing and Communications. I have been a long time lurker (think I came across this site when researching the Sanyo 7400 before it came out) and thought I should finally join and contribute.

Planning to buy the iPhone 3GS this Friday (have been saving up for over a year, poor student...) and the discussions on the 3GS have been very interesting as there are great opinions of advertising, marketing, PR and customer services. Interesting to me at least as I intend to have a career in Advertising.

Dratsab: Hi Byron, welcome to Geekzone. Hopefully your studies are going well. How far through are you?

Thanks. I am now 2 and a half years through. Got another two and a half years to finish the standard two degrees. Could be longer though as I have been admitted to honours for both Marketing and Communications! Still undecided whether I will do both or one. Got plenty of time to think about it...
