Just got my new iphone set up on XT and working out all the stuff Telecom doesn't tell you. So far so good.  I am a geek by trade - I do information architecture and interaction design for corporates 3 days a week and for small businesses the rest of the week through my company Geek Speak.  You can see what we do at our site www.geekspeak.co.nz
