Hey, I'm Daryl, a student from Auckland who's training to be a .NET developer. I like the idea of an introduction forum and i think it's great that freitasm replies to every post. How welcoming is that?

Cellphones and PDAs bring me to this site. My iPaq is a major part of my life, it tells me when my classes are, when my assignments are due, it stores my books, it's my camera, my music. I use it every day, it's an extension of my brain.

Hello there... Kiwis can really fly - they go all over the places...

Great you're interested in development. I recommend you join the Windows Mobile User Group mailing list on the WMUG web site, and keep an eye here, because in a week or so we will announce a cool Windows Mobile developers contest.

Hi Daryl, welcome to GZ, there is plenty of discussion in the cellphone forums at the moment centered around Vodafones 3G offerings.

re: Ipaq = brain extension... i should think you will fit in well here :-)
