Cheapest In NZ (from Retail Store)
3g and or 4g
Able to make "Actual " phone calls from tablet
Thats it!

That samsung that vodafone was selling might be the closest you will get - it was like a 6" or something like that. Massive to hold and unusable as a standard cell phone unless you wore XXXXL+ sized jeans with large pockets to store it in.
