P are recalling and replacing SOME power cords manufactured between 2010 and 2012 and supplied with laptops and laptop accessories such as spare chargers and docking stations.  See the link above for more details.  The affected product is the 'clover leaf' power cord from the wall to the AC adapter, not the AC adapter itself.  The affected cords are marked LS-15.
