I am looking to upgrade my notebook to one with the following minimum specs:

P4 1.6 G/hz, 60Gb HDD, 15.4" Vid, DVD RW CD RW, 512 M/b RAM, 2 USB ports, 802.11b/g. I have a budget of around $1500. The best deal I've found so far is an Acer Aspire 1641WLMi on this website:

I just missed on a 2 1/2 yr old P4 2.8 HP 9110 tonight because I thought it was too good to be true and went for $1110.

Can I get any better deal for that kind of money in NZ right now? I don't mind if it isn't brand new but it must have those specs as a minimum and the 802.11g is very important because I'll be wireless networking with it.

Appreciate any advice.

You can always add a WiFi PCMCIA card to a laptop if it doesnt have it built in. They are cheap - and work well.
