They sure have. Anyone on any for of post pay will have received their two monthly letter in the mail advising them of this and people on prepay should be getting the cut off message when ever they maker a call..
IlDuce: On CDMA it was $10 for "unlimited" use (Although this was introductory, it never changed while the service was active), not sure why it wasn't more successful. I used it frequently, as did my group of friends, and we often had group chats using it.

You would think telecom would also have sent a mass text to all those people too
