Hi team,

Today is the last day of 2012 for most of us in the offices at Telecom. We just wanted to wish you all a Happy Holidays. Thanks for being here through the ups and the downs. Make sure you stay safe, have lots of good food and catch up with family & friends.

Our replies will be less frequent over the next three weeks until we’re all back on deck January 14th2013. There will be a few of us who post when we can to anyone that has issues.

All the best and look forward to talking to you guys in the new year!

The Telecom Online Response Team (ORT).

For a sec there, I thought you meant some alien race on Dr Who when you mentioned the ORT. :)
