Hi there.

on the week of the 21st we had a door to door salesman from Telecom offering us 500gb pm for $119.

We accepted the deal, and signed the papers.

 

My father officially confirmed it on Saturday the 26th.



The salesman said we'd be informed by txt message in about ten days with our connection date etc, because they first had to contact our current ISP first (Slingshot)

Well it's been more then 10 days, about 3 weeks now and we've heard nothing more from Telecom and we still have Slingshot as our ISP.

Does anybody here know how to check up the progress on things?

Yip, got a copy of a contract here (Yellow Paper)

but no ref number as far as I can see

Have you tried ringing 123 and see what the story is? They should be able to track it via your phone number.
