Are any of you guys experiencing the same issue?
Called Telecom 3 times since June and our usage is still stuck at 0MB (unlimited pretty much).
I've just logged a fault report with them so I'll see what happens.
Apologies if this has been asked before.

Will

So, you're not getting billed for usage?  Why would you want that fixed!?

Do you have a TiVO device?

When I called them last year they said users with Tivo are having this issue, but they're expecting a fix in October.
We have Tivo but we've never bothered to install it, so I guess on Telecom's side we have "Tivo" under our account.

@ubergeeknz lol yeah that's the dream, but I don't want to leave this problem unresolved and then later they point the finger at me for not pointing out the fault.

Banana?

It is a TiVo thing. I am in the same (nice) boat.

They sent me a letter saying that until further notice, my broadband would be unmetered. (Can't remember when I got the letter, but it may have been about June last year, I thought it was later, but time flies...)

Just enjoy it.

Maybe further down the line they do fix it. Then they backtrack the usuage and he is left with a big bill. Best to rather ask to have it sorted.

Yes, the fix for it is in the pipeline. Most customers would have received letters advising of the status of this when we didn't turn on usage at the end of last year.

Everyone with a Tivo will receive further communications before the usage is turned back on. In the meantime, enjoy the unlimited Broadband!
