well i guess there are a couple of ways to get noticed - do something real smart, or show something real i-shall-use-unsmart-here. to me, the clever toys ad is about spending millions of dollars to walk naked. but then again, i may not be the target audience and the smart guy who did the ad is laughing all the way to the bank.

oh well ... life goes on!

stevesumner: You guys are all sooo sad!! Those ads are funny! Anyone who thinks they've really grown as an "invididual" (try and say it, not as easy as it looks) is pretty funny. And the gay lion who implies his workmate Wichard is more than just that, and the sidelong glance when he says it, priceless! and "I Love texting even though I don't have any thumbs, and I'm single, I knoow!" Kaz is great.


You guys have gotta get a sense of humour! I hate Telecom, but I love those ads.




I have a good sense of humour and I am worried because I think you have a strange sense of humour (or you just not old enough).

I dont find those ads funny, there is a gay lion office worker, a nerv wrecking bunny girl yelling all the time and a hairy monkey with maori accent and with a Russian girlfriend. Is this the mirror of NZ population?

Or what they are trying to suggest with this?
