Telecom App is fluid and easy to use. It's fast, and follows the recent trend of apps. It's a good FOUNDATION for now but I think a graph of previous month usage would be nice.

Oh and yes, Telecom are changing to new colours ;)
......... but it's not only pink ;)

Noticed in the description on the play store.. "Note –Access to the Telecom app is a free service, but some small data charges may apply."

Does Telecom not zero rate the data used accessing their own app?

If you were to run out of data. Would you be able to purchase a new bundle or will you have no access as you are out of data?

The information for data access is due to some being on old plans that require data connection charges of $0.05.
You can access the app via wifi; previous YT didn't allow this (especially for prepaid!!).
It also remembers your credentials too <3

Wonder after 12 months you will have to do the re-validate your password as you have to do with the windows login site at present. The fact that i had to log in twice , once on WiFi and once on 3G tells me this may be the case..

Nice app though..

Most apps save the password locally to device. I'm thinking you don't have to reset password every 12 months - MyTelecom password has been the same for 3 years now

So I appear to have 3 separate Telecom logins now, one for the mobile website, one for "Your Telecom" and one for the mobile app. Seems excessive, but auto-login makes it pretty irrelevant.

Nice app, not entirely dissimilar to Telstra Australia's app which isn't a bad thing. About time really but the mobile site has been an ok workaround in the meantime so at least there's been something.

Cheers TNZ team!

Why??  This is normally what you get back.  Be prepared to do this every 12 months as I have done with all my Telecom SIMs that I access via the internet or NZ Phone Account app  to check on balances.  I don't see this app being any different..
