I added $20 to one of my Telecom prepayed SIMs and  saw this when I logged in

"FREE Telecom Calling

FREE Telecom Calling for 1 month View details

You have used 2 min's"

When I click on the link to view details it takes ne to a standard prepay  info page.

Does anyone know how many free minutes..  minutes, Hours??

Perhaps you've stumbled across an upcoming promo?

There is a system that randomly gives out rewards to people however it usually texts you to advise this to my knowledge.
I would give *123 they should be able to clarify.

Well I tried to call *123 but after several attempts to get a live person I gave up. From tests it appears to be free to a landline and Telecom cell fone. No idea how many minutes.

I know Telecom ran these topup rewards programs up until about 2 years ago but have no heard of any since then. Oh well as eXDee says above. "Perhaps you've stumbled across an upcoming promo?"

A group of customers got this in error when they topped up. Instead of removing it, its become a treat.
The prepay helpdesk should know about this.

When the deal is "as long as you top up $20 or more before or on the 31st January you will get 1 month of FREE calling." I would expect that the number of minutes would only depend on "Fair use" during the month.
