Hey guys, so I'm at my parents in central otago at the moment. When they first moved here their internet was fine and could download at 500kB/s easy, and handle multiple people on the connection.

However as of the past month is been terribly slow and you cannot do things on more than one tab without it lagging and loading as slow as dialup. This also happens when more than one computer is being used.

Modem connection is at 7000/600 respectively and attenuation and snr are at acceptable levels. A new modem has also been tried to no avail, I contacted peter and he was running a line test but I think he's since gone on holiday.

Here's a speed test when everything is alright.

Ultimately your problem is going to be fixed by one of 3 solutions -

1) Your cabinet gets upgraded as part of the RBI project. Since we don't know your location it's impossible to know this but all the information is on the Chorus website so you'll be able to check that yourself.

2) You move to RBI wireless

3) You move to a local wireless provider if one exists in your region.
