while looking for a phone to buy from China i came across a Huawei Ascend P2 4G Lte,the specs are as follows but do i need to know what 4 G frequencies are for this phone??

 

2G:GSM 850/900/1800/1900

 

3G:WCDMA 900/2100MHz

 

LTE(Cat 4) download speed up to 150Mbps

4G is on 1800Mhz which is band 3 of the LTE band plan

Yes. You need 3G (WCDMA) 850 for Telecom.
