Anyone know what the default password of the Telecom VDSL Modem is ? (Modem is remote so can't see model number).

You got it... and if you want the dsl username and password then user@xtrabb.co.nz and a password of "password" is all you need.

You got it... and if you want the dsl username and password then user@xtrabb.co.nz and a password of "password" is all you need.


Sorry for the cross jack - I have to do a recovery on an ADSL router that has had the password changed - is that all the config that I need to get the DSL to stand back up again?

Yep.. your authentication is based off network credentials Remote ID and / or Circuit ID that Chorus injects into the PPPoE request that you have no control over. So user@xtrabb.co.nz/password will see you right for all routers.
