Hi all,

I bought a new prepay Spark sim on Wednesday and want to port my current number from Skinny. I purchased it in a Spark shop and they said it would take 4-24hrs to port my number. It is now Friday night and my sim is still not activated. I have phoned Spark twice and have not got very far, they say a '2nd level technician' is working on it and they don't know how much longer it will take. Anyone else have this issue before?

did you have this issue solved yet?

Im doing the same thing, except ordered my sim online and filled out the porting form online on Thursday.. its Tuesday now, haven't received my sim or heard anything from them.
