Whenever I've been dealing with the SparkDigital Managed Customer Centre I've been able to re-use SIMs as long as the previous number used against that SIM has been moved off it and associated with another SIM, or disconnected. If there is a number still associated with the SIM then it could not be used as a "blank" SIM.

But since the SIM cards were unused still in the packs they could easily just disconnect those and assign their numbers, surely?

Thanks... They're sorted out in the sense that they got new microSIM cards and have their numbers transferred. They handed me the ones that came with the handsets but I have no use for them. Unless you want to recycle the numbers, otherwise they will be in your system for a few months, unused...

No worries. I just want to make sure they didn't get charged for those new SIM's.

You can keep the ones that came with the device, feel free to Give them away if you wish :)
