I've asked for our provisioning team to contact UFF for resolution here.
Personally I do not have direct contact with them.
I'll check back in a couple of hours to see where things are at.
Hopefully we will be able to get them to fix it so it will be working by this evening - I can't guarantee though.

Is your VDSL still working?  The reason why keep the two accesses up is so that we do not cause a complete loss of service for our customers should something be held up, or is an issue on install.

cbrpilot is right - your VDSL connection will still be live in parallel with the fibre, so you can use that in the meantime. if you have unplugged the router from the VDSL jackpoint it would just have to be plugged in again to restore VDSL service.

Don't know what the HG630b is like, but on the 659b you can have a configuration per connection type so you don't have to mess with anything when you swap from ADSL to VDSL to UFB.

Old router was a 630b, new one is also a 630b so we now have two. Wife just turned off the new one and plugged in the old one as a patch for now and yes we still have VDSL. Possibly something that might not be obvious to most customers, thanks for the heads up.

AFAIK still nothing on the fibre side

Righty updates:
I can see you're now up using your old VDSL.
It appears to me that the Fibre issue has now been fixed by UFF.  So you should now be able to use that service now too.
Let me know how this is working now please.

Excellent.  Good to hear that you're up.
That particular issue is a real pain in the rear for us to find and get our suppliers to sort.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
