I changed over to Fibre last week from VDSL. The whole process was handled very smoothly, and my existing router was used without any config changes. So far so good. 

My plan included a static IP, and I have since discovered that I cannot get to my IP address from outside of my LAN. A trace shows that there is no route, or possibly more than one route as the hops seem to loop.

I have spent literally hours on the online chat support, and subsequent phone calls. During my last contact (this morning), I was told to email staticip at spark but have no response (automated or otherwise). 

Is this a common problem? It has been nearly a week now, so sure I have been patient enough. Any suggestions welcome.
